In the app
Use Settings in CredoLoop to manage your account, privacy, notifications, and to report issues or send feedback.
Deleting your account and data
You can request permanent deletion of your CredoLoop account and associated data. Account deletion is processed by our team after you contact us.
How to request deletion: Email us at support@credoloop.app with the subject "Account deletion request" and the email address linked to your account. We will confirm and then process the deletion.
What we delete when we process your request:
- Your profile and account record (name, email, settings, preferences)
- All posts you created
- All reviews you wrote
- All your personal notes (e.g. notes on providers)
What happens to providers you added: Provider listings you created are not deleted. They are marked as orphaned and suspended so they no longer appear as active; the listing content may be retained for integrity of the platform (e.g. so others’ references to them are not broken).
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After processing, you will not be able to sign in with that account. If you use the same email again later, a new account would be created.
